andrew can you help?

my login works here, but I can not log into the notice board portion of this website:(

I put in my info, hit login and the screen just resets, no error message or nothing.

Try deleting/refreshing cookies.....then try again...and again....that board is kinda mental.

still can't get on there. does ones ip address affect anything, in regards to the notice board?
