Didn't watch the whole clips, but sounded like typical Bobby to me. Rumors of his lost voice have been greatly exagerrated.

Bobby has a right to sing these songs since Luke never does. Luke disowned 99 saying it's his least favorite Toto song ever back in 2007 so better Bobby does it than no one. I'll Be Over You also hasn't been played in years.

And LOL at the idiots on the youtube comments section saying Bobby is the worst singer Toto has ever had. Wow, the Lukather ass kissing just never stops.

This struck me as kind of bizarre that Bobby is singing with The Zoo. Prior to this I'd heard he would like to collaborate
with Arnel. You never know what could come of that. You got two good singers and a pretty tight band there that could
use a break.

I saw TOTO live a few summers ago in Connecticut (Luke, Bobby, Greg, Simon, Leland, and Tony). Everyone who sang had floor monitors for lyrics, Luke included.

I think considering that Bobby is in his 60s, this aint THAT bad! Sure, the muscianship aint as good as TOTO but what band is? I'd happily go and see BK with his own band cause you know your gonna hear TOTO classics and yes....BK can play these songs if he wants, he was a member of TOTO from 1977-1984 then 1998-2008.

P.S The comments on youtube about whos better than who are pathetic!!!

I saw Toto in 2005 and 2007 on the last tour before they broke up. I'll Be Over You was played at both shows. Pretty sure 99 was done at the last reunion tour.

i think Luke more or less just said that he was fed up singing 99 and I'll be over you and there was so many other great Toto songs he could be singing

P.S they done 99 in Berlin last year...sounded great

There's good reason for that. *yawn*

Weird it's the Zoo band. But I doubt it's them getting a "break," probably more than Kimball touring/appearing with different bands in different countries so he doesn't have to have (and pay) a touring band.
