Night Ranger and Boston in Gilford, NH

I saw both bands Thursday night. Night Ranger killed and Boston was sub par. NR did play High Road off the new cd. They were great as always. I would have picked a different set list but who wouldn't.

I'm not sure what happened to Boston. Their mix was terrible, the bass drum was knocking the driver cones into the cabinets and the vocals were sub par as we'll. Maybe Tommy was having an off night. David Victor and Tracy were the highlights of the show trying to get the crowd going but it wasn't enough. I'm not sure what was worse, the poor vocals or the wife looking at her watch and then taking a nap during Boston. We were stage center in the second row lol.

Night Ranger needs to head line their own shows so we can get better/longer set lists.

The bottom line, Night Ranger owned the show. They are the best melodic band in America at the moment!
