I've been saying for years that Natural Science and Leave That Thing Alone couldn't be topped....umm...The Garden SHATTERED that. LTTA is still my favorite instrumental, but this KILLED Natural Science for me. That's a HUGE thing.

Oh yeah. Natural Science is EPIC but the Garden? I have no words. The emotion in this song is incredible. When the drums come in with Alex's solo it's pure magic. The strings are perfect and Geddy sounds like he is crying while singing it. Phew! What a way to close the album.

That's the PERFECT song Ged was talkin' about in the early '90s, I think. Everything about it.

I read a few years back that they felt they hadn't made their best album yet. This gets pretty close but there is a lot of competition in the catalog for sure.

The album as a whole I gave a 97, just for rehashing a track name. I think it might get more points after my REAL (not initial) review. 'Cause my opinion matters SO much.

But we didn't know yet, so your complaint is not valid. You have been reported to the solar federation.

Interesting to come back and read the above statement, after the Houston show I said "you can hear the tears in Ged's voice during The Garden" Almost the exact same thing..

Yeah, it's an ok song..
