Van Hagar question

I've seen where Eddie was a fan of the first Montrose album. When Sammy had his first stint in VH did they ever play any of the Montrose songs live?

Yes. They played:

Rock Candy:
Tacoma Dome, Tacoma, WA, USA on January 22, 1992
Events Center, Casper, WY, USA on October 10, 1986
The Spectrum, Philadelphia, PA, USA on August 6, 1986
Joe Louis Arena, Detroit, MI, USA on May 10, 1986
Rosemont Horizon, Rosemont, IL, USA on April 23, 1986.

and

Make It Last:
Providence Civic Center, Providence, RI, USA on August 22, 1986
CNE Stadium, Toronto, ON, Canada on August 18, 1986
The Spectrum, Philadelphia, PA, USA on August 5, 1986
Brendan Byrne Arena, East Rutherford, NJ, USA on August 1, 1986
Brendan Byrne Arena, East Rutherford, NJ, USA on July 28, 1986
Myriad Convention Center, Oklahoma City, OK, USA on July 16, 1986
Kemper Arena, Kansas City, MO, USA on May 31, 1986
Veterans Memorial Auditorium, Des Moines, IA, USA on May 26, 1986
Joe Louis Arena, Detroit, MI, USA on May 9, 1986
Civic Center, Peoria, IL, USA on April 27, 1986

As you can see with the exception of one time in 1992 both songs were only played on the "5150" tour.
Oww. My aching tentacles.
