Funny you should bring this up. Just today, I received an email from a good friend of mine from one of the old fan boards who is rather 'net savvy. Turns out, she was emptying some old folders of hers from the last board, and look what she found. It's really quite entertaining and...cathartic:

In the hopes that I won't be deleted immediately. I am coming clean...I have been lurking here (and maybe even posting from time to time). I have quite a few identities. Some are new (like Bucs Fan or BillyBob) and some are very old. Some you have recognized and deleted, but there are some that are very old and have posted with enough regularity and said the things that you want them to say that you have absolutely no clue that it is really me. Some are posting and are not me at all - yet you think that they are and totally run off newbies. Quite funny I must say. I have access to over 693 computers with varying IP addresses. So your deleting of my names is really quite amusing.....and quite inconsequential.... So who am I?

Some of you all may know me from the aol board from way back. I was very vocal there during the Styx breakup. I think Tommy might even know who I am from those days (although we never met personally)

Here are my core beliefs...

I think Dennis was totally abused by what is now Styx and that they continue to practice copyright infringement by touring under his name without him.

I love the fact that he is selling out show after show in Canada while Styx loses money trying to do a charity event..

Dennis and Glen Burtnik? I guess Glen has repented and seen the light. I wonder what Tommy's reaction is...

But I write this saying I am bored. I am bored with the band, the lack of controversy, and wish to move on to other things. So, I write this saying that if allowed, I will remain on this board for a period of 10 days and then leave it forever. And leave with ALL my identities. Some people who you know, maybe even care about, will be gone with me as they are made up people. In short, its been a Grand Illusion. In those 10 days, I will be happy to answer any questions about who I am and how many identiities I have had. I will also respond to any questions about my opinions on Styx. But then, you will not see or hear from me again...

So who am I? The time has come at last... To throw away this mask....Now everyone can see...my true identity is..............

Okay I think it is time for further review at this point. As I stated in the post I I repeat DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO DENNIS UP UNTIL THE FACT HE FLIPPED ME OFF. All I was doing was shaking my head no like I always do whenever I here that song is that a crime? Okay now I admit that I was wrong for booing at the end that was wrong and disrespectful. I know I acted immature and I probably deserved what I got. And for all of you that thought I went there to start something no I didn't should I have not worn that shirt probably but I did not go to the show to start anything as I said to glen I just wanted to check him out his choice not to believe me was his and his alone. And incase you are wondering the only reason as I stated in my post before I am unemployed because I was just recently laid off due to budget cuts or so I was told. After sleeping on this whenever I have a chance to apologize for my actions to dennis & glen/suzanne I will. And as far as the restroom incident goes yes that did really happen I have more better things to do then to make that up. In conclusion I now regret my actions they were immature and disrepectful and no security never talked to me they were looking for the guy video taping. So once again I apologize for my actions. And whenever dennis decides to return I will be determined to apologize to him.

It is due to complete dumb fucks like yourself that I am surprised many artists that are financially secure would even bother touring. Especially at venues where the crowd is close enough to be disruptive. To be honest the fact that someone like Glen still does meet and greets is shocking, since I'm sure that's where the real ambushing takes place.

I was at this show, so I thought I'd chime in on what I heard. I just joined today, otherwise I'd have posted a reply to this sooner.

While I was on the other side of the stage (Glen & Tommy's side) and this large pizza faced kid was on Dennis's side by his keyboard, I couldn't make out the words being exchanged but I did see the finger gestures flying...it wasn't til Dennis and crew walked off stage til I was able to talk to the guy that was sitting next to this kid in the '07 Styx shirt (yeah, great idea to wear that!). The guy sitting next to him during the show came thru the front row past me on our side to leave, and I asked him what THAT was all about...and he said this to me in these exact words ----

"The kid sat here all day saving his space just to be here in the front row for this show to heckle Dennis".

And for the record, Glen was signing some autographs after the show and didn't run after that kid. In fact the kid walked out before the band even left the stage!

I myself love both Dennis and the current line up of Styx and REFUSE to take sides, but I gotta say that this kinda crap is uncalled for whether you take sides or not. It's fine if he thinks Lawrence is better than Dennis, I suppose it's his right to have his opinion. But if this asshat is gonna do this kind of shit at a show in public because of that, well that's just down right shitty. Lawrence would not support his fans doing that for any reason.
