Crystal Ball LP question

I recently went onto eBay and won a LP lot which contained Gowan's Great Dirty World and Strange Animal, also with the lot came JY's City Slicker, and finally, it came with two copies of Crystal Ball. I already owned Crystal Ball but having a couple more copies can't hurt right?

My question is, how many pressings were there of this album? I'm looking at it and on the back, on the bottom left corner, it has:
Mid. by RCA Music Service under License
6550 East 30th Street

and so on...

Also, the spine letters are in white. The record itself has different looking font, the letters that read STYX and Crystal Ball are small and farther at the top.

Now, on the other record, the spine letters are pink, that Mid.by RCA thing is not on the back of the record, and the vinyl lettering is more bold and farther at the bottom.

I know it's just weird, and I'm not usually this descriptive about records but when it comes to Styx, I need to be.

Any help from any collector out there would help!

THANKS!

Probably its a "record club" copy - you know get these 6 albums for a penny and you only have to buy 3 at regular club prices....

Ohh okay, didn't think about that. Kind of like the whole BMG thing, instead of the bar code reading it was from record club, it would just have that stamp :D

It is a BMG copy. They were at one-time known as the RCA record club and then change their name to BMG.

Pieces of 8, not as good because "Lords of the Ring" (Dumb. It was like One Tin Soldier of the 80s), "The Message" (horrible- sounds like a guy trying out a synth in a store).

Ballerina's a freakin masterpiece. Mademoiselle is also a great song. It think it was a really great well-rounded album. No concepts, just a great record.

None of those above. "Equinox". Far and above the best Styx album.
