I thought it sounded OK. The lyrical content doesn't move me, but it's a more-than-capable song.

I don't have any major axe to grind against Jon, but the only way he'd be able to sing this live in that key is with some sort of help.

I'm willing to bet if this was done by someone else, there would be less of a problem with it. I don't know if any of you are just anti-Jon or anti-Jesus, but this was a well-written and well-recorded song. Very contemporary. I haven't heard much solo from Jonathan that I liked much - secular or Christian - but I really liked this one.

The song is embarrassing dreck and completely amateur. Just because you like it, doesn't give you the right to insinuate that people are anti-Jesus. Maybe you are anti-good music?

I couldn't agree more. I'm a lifelong Christian, and have many Christian artists in my personal music collection but this song done by anyone is just plain bad in my opinion. Jon's vocal musings have always been unlistenable to me. To insinuate someone is anti-Jesus is a large step way across the line.

The song is good for what it is. I wouldn't buy the song. But this makes me think if Perry did return to Journey, the new album wouldn't be anything close to the rocking album Neal would want. Because Jon and Perry would be at the forefront of song writing, it would probably be full of softer songs and no rockers anywhere to be found. In that case, maybe it is a good thing Perry wants nothing to do with Journey.
