Disappearing and losing are two different things.

How about this...I've been reading a lot, and the issue that's really bugging me now (aside from Palin's abuse of power) is that Obama was in that SOB's church for 20 years. Very, very disturbing.
But around town, it was well known...when they got home at night
Their fat and psychopathic wives
Would thrash them within inches of their lives!

Thoughts on the Alaska panel's finding that Palin improperly had her former brother-in-law fired? I think it's interesting that this all only became an issue right before the election (October surprise?). However, it does look like her ethics were at least not up to snub.

That being said, the panel is not recommending any sanctions or legal investigation, which gives me cause to believe perhaps there's not as much there as the media is trying to make of it. If there were, I'd think the Democrats would be trying to press on with it.

I can't say I would've done any different, knowing the situation with this guy apparently abusing his position as a police officer and self-admittedly tasering his own 10-year old.

Even for putting a bounty on wolf puppies' paws? I know you are going to have a good ol' time with that one, Dan, but that's just plain, focking cruel. She gives me the creeps.

She posted a bounty of $100/paw for anyone who would bring her back a wolf puppy's paw. I THINK that is why Dean referred to her as the "mutt whore wolf shooting bitch."

It bothers me, too, Daniel. It is VERY disturbing. Along with the ties to Ayers, who...come on, as educated as Obama is, I cannot believe he didn't know who William Ayers was and what his background was before meeting him at least for the second time. I just don't buy it. He's too bright of a guy not to have known. All the excuses in the world won't make me believe it.

Then there's Father Pflager (?sp). That dude was horrible to Hillary. I don't care for her, but that even offended me!

And last, the ACORN thing. Guys, even taking McCain/Palin out of the equation (who, BTW, I'm not convinced are the right people for the job) I could never vote for Obama/Biden. My gut just tells me that there's something not right there. Unfortunately, there were no real standouts this election cycle for me. I was looking forward to George Allen, but he had to go and mess things up with his 'makaka' statement... :x Maybe one day soon Mark Warner will step up and be the guy. I don't really know anyone on the republican side right now that I would endorse. I like Bobby Jindal a LOT.

Just like for a shitload of people in '04, this year for me it's an "anybody but Obama" campaign. I do like Sarah Palin, though, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for John McCain. They get my vote. Not that it matters. My vote will likely be cancelled out by some fictitious person whose 8 votes outnumber my lonely one. Our world is going to hell in a handbasket... :? (I wish I could come up with some witty analogy, but it's late and I'm exhausted. Have a great night folks!)

First, I'll never vote for McCain/Palin. Sorry, Palin makes the whole shooting match a non-starter. She's not qualified to be president, much less vice. Said herself she would expand the powers of the VP (like Cheney. And I question the judgement of a man who picks a VP whose that unqualified. I question that he can't keep her reigned in from attacks that clearly go over the line and who appear to be inciting some nasty vitreol this country does not need.

Obama/Biden? I'm not exactly crazy about their ideology, but I'm alot more comfortable with Obama in the white house than I would be McCain. Given the turbulent times, I'd rather have someone who'll stay calm and collected through some of the craziness that's going on. That's a vibe I'm not getting from McCain.

Acorn? God, those people need to be put in jail because they make our country look like a joke. What they're doing is election fraud, plain and simple.

Ayers? Everything I've read says at best those two were at best acquaintances in a couple charities and aren't exactly what you would call friends. I mean hell, if I'm on the same HOA board as an ex-felon, does that somehow make me unqualified for president? Cuz that's the leap in logic I'm seeing there. The whole Ayers thing is predicated on the notion that Obama wants ill of this country and I cannot believe that. I cannot believe that of any candidate.

I guess in the end, McCain bugs me out more than Obama and its back to this game of "lesser of two" sorta thing.

It makes me laugh to think that the Club Democrats best smearing campaign against Palin is her so-called abuse of power for firing a law enforcer. the so-called abuse of power nothing but a poor man's alibi. can't they find any more logical or better argument? I wouldn't undermine her qualifications on how to handle a VP position and future policies. those would come in time as was proven with her effective governance of Alaska. I did have a look at what sort of attacks the democrats are producing such as nothing but a beautiful woman, she is not even pretty, and so forth and so on. not even close to destroying her political achievements. superficial and no bigga deal attacks would just show how some people are having a difficulty on finding some real issues about her.

at the end of the day, we are all looking forward on what they do rather than what they say. for Biden, his comments are nothing more than empty promises of generations past. no offense against Biden, but America will not move forward if he gets elected as VP.

the last pub who had an issue with "abuse of power" was a guy named Nixon......the more power he got, the more he abused it.

I wonder if Sarah has expanded her enemies list yet ????

How about the fact that this dopey chick couldn't answer direct questions about what newspaper she has ever read in her life, or couldn't offer one single opinion on one Supreme Court ruling, in the history of the court? How about the fact that EVERY one of her speeches involves her regurgitating "Maverick" and "you betcha". How about the fact that she actually told Katie Couric (and feel free to look it up on youtube if you doubt the veracity of it, because it's right there in all its glory), when asked about her foreign policy credentials, she actually responded with "Well, when Putin (who isn't even the president of Russia any longer), flies into U.S. airspace, he always enters Alaska first". When Katie Couric challenged her on that answer, the best she could come up with was "Well, my state shares a border with two foreign countries". The woman is a fucking moron, period, end of story! McCain would have my vote if he had picked ANYONE, other than this dope! Hell, I'd probably still vote for McCain (because I'm not close to being sold on Obama)if he'd replace Puppet Palin with a Wal-Mart greeter! Sarah Palin has ZERO business being anywhere near The White House. I wouldn't re-elect her to be mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, if I were a resident!

I think Sarah Palin's affiliation with the Alaskan Independent Party...a group who wanted Alaska to secede from the USA...and her affiliation with Thomas Muthee is just as much concern as her abuse of power.

Ummm, it was a 14 member bipartisan panel that found her guilty, and she was under investigation before she was even tapped for the Veep nomination.

The findings of the panel will have ZERO impact on McCain.
Since she was introduced, Palin has been depicted as a victim of nefarious liberal media forces.
Palin herself now routinely plays up this angle to mask her woeful Sheriff of Mayberry credentials.

Voter registration is only a part of what they do.
Any massive turn out the vote endeavor always comes attached with these problems - try working on a political campaign sometime.
The employees are not paid per signature, so I don't quite get the problem.
Seems like another trumped up liberal boogeyman to me.

too many warning signs for me. now i'm reading & hearing obama may have performed an act of treason. wtf? why isn't this on the news??? i just heard about this yesterday... but from what i'm reading this story broke out last month. i guess it's more important to focus on sarah palin & the lastest snl skit than it is to focus on yet another HUGE show of VERY bad judgment from obama. i dunno about you all but i'm finding it hard to sleep at night. yikes.

nobama... oh hell no!

i don't like it either. i'm for animal rights... i actually like animals more than i like people. i'd eat a person before i'd eat an animal. ha! }:C))

we eat meat tho... and the animals raised for people to eat are treated very poorly. chained so they can't move about... kept in cages where they can't extend their limbs. so those people who eat meat & have a prob with people hunting for food or hunting to help other animals thrive... they need to just stfu.

remember to vote yes on prop 2 this nov! }=C))
