Dollars to donuts whocares' pm box immediately began blinking into overdrive with pms saying. "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS BUT IF YOU WANNA SAY IT TO MY FACE THEN LET'S MEET!!!!"

LOL, JRox I STILL look at thing on the page, see the size of it and go, "pppppppppffffffffffffff. no WAY I'm reading all that."

BTW, your need to keep this PR campaign up showing "I reached out to this guy and just look what he did" is all a little public and out in the open for all to see to pass the sincerity smell test.

Hi....I was JUST talking about this with my best friend Jeff. He does this ALL THE TIME.....

Memo: I'm not criticising you at all..... :)

The word 'ANYMORE' is used in sentences with a negative in them. Like, 'I can't do it anymore', or 'I don't want to go to camp anymore'

It isn't used in non-negative thoughts like, 'You people bore me anymore'.....it doesn't make sense.

Again, no offense meant by me...... :)

When I say JUST, I mean JUST....we were JUST watching Beverly Hills Cop and he used anymore in a non-negative way.....we had it out.

I actually think the context WC used "anymore" in was pretty cool.
That word tacked onto the end of that sentence just gave the insult that "ooomoph" that's behind every great, short quick-hitting bash.

Deano, Andrew, and TNC are really good at stuff like that too.

To think, I USED to like u B. :D

Ugh can u even imagine what this guy looks like? My guess is short, puny, pimply, geeky, balding, big nose like Perry (only reason he'd resent his fans so much), pocket protector, short sleeved shirt, pants too tight for his ever-bulging belly. Eeek!

You and I agree politically but I part ways with you here. You're right, the Indy show wasn't one of Jeff's best, though I did enjoy the show overall. However, beginning especially after Jeff had a break in August, he sounded MUCH better. He sounded phenomenal on some of the boots I have from September and October of last year and the ones I've heard from earlier this year.

He did sound much better in GR but still didn't have the Journey sound. Nothing he could do about that. I saw the Storm in '92 (i think) and they were great. They played, Just the Same Way....Friggin' great! KC's a great Journeyesque songwriter too. Check out, "If this is Love" from his solo cd.

No they didnt sound more metal. They just rocked for me. The new incarnation may rock for others. I'm done. Is that acceptable to u? Who are u? God?

Actually no, that's not the way it went down at all. How it went down is this: I wasnt sure about Jeff in Journey after I saw them in WPB in July. I listened to another boot on here (maybe Indy, not sure) & still wasnt sure. Then Deano posted a soundboard boot. I played it & my husband & I were blown away at how awesome it sounded. Perhaps this is sappy but I had tears in my eyes listening to it. At that point I PMd Jeff to tell him how great I thought it was. He never initiated a PM w/me. I did. He wrote back to me but that's all I'm going to say about his PM b/c it was "private". I hadnt realized until I read Andrew's interview that during Jeff's early days w/Journey he was tired & had very little rehearsal. The soundboard Deano posted sounded a LOT different than the stuff I'd heard earlier. That's when I became convinced I wanted to see another show w/him as lead singer. I did & I loved it. That was in Nov.

I NEVER wrote an open letter of apology to Jeff (NOR did I apologize in the PM I sent him). Go check the archives if u need to but please get ur facts straight before u accuse me of something.

Jeff never sounded like a good fit for Journey. It only sounded like Journey when the BG vocals kicked in.

Ur certainly entitled to ur opinion on that. Not everyone shares it tho.

My pick KC doesn't look like he's gonna get the gig, but I'm not gonna get sick over it. Out!!!!
