Don't worry, the left wing group ACORN has already assured that lots of voters have been registered several times so they can vote multiple times.
Don't worry that's 'alot' different than hanging chads, or disenfranchised seniors getting turned away at the polls.
Seriously, you see nothing wrong with changing election law prior to voting day from three displaced corners counting as a vote, and changing it to looking for a dimple or mark? That'd be like the Bills filing a suit with the NFL to have the goalposts widened by 5 ft after Norwood missed that kick in SB25. You see nothing wrong with that of course right?
How is that changing rules? Court cases are BASED on intent. If there is a dimple on a voting card, doesn't that tell you intent? How is that changing rules?
Because the rule at the time voting took place was 3 dislodged edges of a chad. That was the rule. The Florida state court changed it to try to get a different result.
Who's to say someone didn't put the pin in for a candidate and thought about punching it and decided not to? They tried to force that vote by assuming they intended to punch it, no?
I can't believe you are being so obtuse!
If there are no other marks on any other choice....but there is a dimple, or 1, 2, or 3 dislodged edges....that must've been the choice intended. Am I missing something here?!
Didn't Tim Robbins get in trouble for saying that to the Warden? Better watch it dude.
Love that movie. It's getting released on BluRay on Dec. 2nd and I'm buying. Best King movie ever!!!!
