I dont think it matters one pube hair whether or not we support israel or not....at this point, I think the US will be implicated regardless...

You're right, but if Israel dissolved itself as a state tomorrow, it wouldn't phase me. There would still be Jews in the world just like all the other faiths. All this death and destruction over a piece of land no larger then Delaware is idiocy to the highest order.

7 Wishes wrote:Of course, ACORN doesn't matter...because what was happening would not ever equate to "voter fraud" - i.e. a Democrat voting for Obama six times. It has NEVER happened before!

Nobody knows if it's ever happened before....Could it be used to skew polls for "registered" voters?
7 Wishes wrote:Now, you Republicans know all about stealing elections...do I have to post all the crap your party did in Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004?

If you'd like to post stuff informing me on how Republicans infiltrated democrat precincts, infiltrated the democrat gal Theresa Lepore's brain who designed the butterfly ballot. Go ahead I'm always up for a laugh.
7 Wishes wrote:How about that RNC-funded group that mailed out 15,000 "voter cards" to African-Americans in Dade County in 2000 that listed a polling place that didn't exist?

Wasn't aware of this. Seriously, I'll check it out if you want to post a link. While your at it look up and post a link of all the overseas military votes democrats had thrown out. :D
7 Wishes wrote:And your party is NOT going to get away with the same old bullshit this year. America has finally had enough.

If by "bullshit" you mean, forcing democrats to play by existing election laws instead of trying to change the laws after the fact to TRY to steal the election. Like they tried to do in 2000, Florida law was 3 displaced corners constitute a vote, dems move the goalpost to dimples. Pathetic.
7 Wishes wrote:And asshole - you know, I didn't feel the need to address what I thought was a classically funny response by Dan - i.e. the "you do pushups" reference.

So you put it in your sig? Wow, is that low.

It was funny! Actually since the first time I read it. Everytime you talk about Palin being dumb, it pops in my head.
7 Wishes wrote:I would match my intellect against Palin's any damned day of the week. And I've never endeavored to run for public office. I also have three undergraduate and one graduate degree. Just because I don't utilize them on a daily basis, does not diminish me as an idividual.

Who am I? Your shrink? Go do your Stewart Smalley routine with someone else. Go do it for Dan he's the one who typed it. I just think it's hilarious.
7 Wishes wrote:So fuck yourself, RWF. Right up your ass with it.

Complete with a classic liberal ending. (oh sorry fiscal conservative ending.)

Voted best answer on a Q&A.

Does America Need Israel?

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters
We don't !, and in spite of my age and experience I still cannot figure why we, or anyone else even uses the term "ally" when it comes to Israel. Just what has Israel ever done to help the United States, nothing that I can find or remember, except to help us get rid of about 30 billion taxpayer dollars a year, money that would be better spent here at home.
All Israel does is get our men killed, and in a few months when they hit Iran, we will loose even more of our servicemen.

Ralphy:
Almost right friend, but not quite.
The giving of land to Israel had nothing to do with what happened in ww2, in fact the idea to give such land to Israel was concieved in the early 1900's, 1917 I believe and was part of the "Balfour Declaration". The land turnover was to take place but was put aside because of ww1, and then ww2 came along and after the war, then England and the UN did the deed, and screwed up the whole territory.
England turned over the land without the slightest regard for those living there, and made no provisions for their welfare.
Remember, it was also England that took land way from Iraq and gave it to Kuwait. How nice the world let's them give away land they don't even own.

so the one million plus dead iraq citizens and 4 thousand plus dead american soldiers along with the 30,000 plus american casualties isn't considered costly? come on

Does that million include these 3?

10/07/08 MOSUL - Two minority Christian men were gunned down on Tuesday in northern Mosul, some 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. In a separate incident, gunmen stormed a Mosul pharmacy and killed the pharmacist, also a Christian, police said.

According to this site it's not American soldiers gunning down innocent people in the street in cold blood. Sorry.

what does that have to do with what i posted? don't waste my time. you want to single out neighborhood crime and compare it to the lives lost during the invasion/occupation? so basic collateral damage is just a fact of war, the lives are insignificant....

edit- a spelling error.... honestly i know how to spell compare

Just an honest question. The link you provided with your claim wasn't exactly clear on the details.

ST. LOUIS (TICKER) —United States vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin is making St. Louis the next stop on her tour of the NHL.

The running mate of Republican John McCain, Palin will drop the ceremonial first puck when the St. Louis Blues host the Los Angeles Kings on Friday, the team announced Wednesday.

Palin, the current governor of Alaska, will be present at Scottrade Center following a visit to Springfield during her campaign trail in the state of Missouri.

A self-described “hockey mom,” Palin also took part in a pregame ceremony in Philadelphia on October 11, when the Flyers hosted the New York Rangers in their season opener.

must be nice! }:C))

be fair tho. all of them are spending money to look good. this is a VERY important job interview. no one is discussing how much the others spend on clothes. this is just yet another gab at sp... by the media. boo. if sp was a man... no one would care how much is being spent on clothes... hair... etc.

some are spending crazy amounts of money on just food alone. };C)

i think it's all very petty... this election is showing just how petty people are.

Before he picked Palin, I got a call from his campaign asking for a donation. I politely told them that, "I'm a conservative, call a moderate and ask them." Then hung up.

Are you kidding me? They are the only real democracy and true ally in the region. It would be pretty strategically stupid of us to do anything of the kind.

What is Israel anyway? A colony of white Europeans who were dumped into a land that of their choosing...

They were given a homeland after facing near-extinction at the hands of the Nazis. If any displaced people deserved to have a homeland, it was them.

We can no longer jeopardize our own security worrying about what becomes of the Jewish State. They are strong enough to take care of themselves. Let the chips fall where they may.

Are you sure you don't work for Obama's foreign policy team? Considering how naive these statements are, I would certainly think so.

Stop whining. All this "Why is everyone picking on poor Sarah" nonsense is embarrassing! Also, what you're saying is flat out false. It seems to me that it wasn't very long ago when John Edwards got a whole lot of shit for getting a $400.00 haircut, so your theory is simply false! Also, I'm quite sure that McCain, Obama, and Biden haven't spent $150K, between all three of them, on clothes and haircuts!

I don't get it...Why have plugs when you're still mostly bald to begin with? Makes no sense.

Also, what's the deal with his eyes lately? Has he had collagen injections to make it look like he is constantly squinting?

obama has $550,000 in undesclosed expenses.

you have to give them (mccain camp) credit for putting it out there and not hiding it... in millions of undesclosed expenses.
