Hello all. I couldnt resist any longer and had to sign up. I have been a reader for a while on here. I decided to join in after seeing Frontiers last saturday night in Atlanta. Wow, what a show they put on! I have 3 MAJOR passions:of course this band named Journey(some of you may know who I'm talking about:-))my hometown Florida Gators, and the greatest time of the year-Halloween(I love horror movies and work in a haunted house for charity each year) I am a very young 39 years old and I look forward to many discussions about a band that I've been fortunate to see a few times live since 1983 with perhaps the greatest singer of all time-Mr. Steve Perry. And yes I was also a fan of Steve Augeri although it took seeing him live before I realized it. JSS was a true talent although I didnt get to see him in concert and truly wish he would have had a little time to show what he could. Regardless of the current state of Journey affairs I am still a huge fan and will stand beside whatever they decide.

They were great. That bassist is something special, I wish I could think of his name. And Jeremey, heck what can I say? He is everything you've heard and then some. There wasnt one single person at Andrews that didnt get into this concert! I saw a guy on the stage while they played taping it all so I'm sure there will be something soon on the old youtube!

No, not kidding ya! I was Journey before JSS or Steve Augeri even had Neal Schon's phone number. I definetly think it was unfortunate the way that unfolded with Jeff though. He deserved better as Augeri did. But the nature of this business is ruthless and cut-throat. There are no friends and that sucks but its a fact. I hope Schon, Cain, Valory, and Castronovo know what their doing and I'll hold out hopes that they do. In the meantime it appears Jeff will come out of this just fine and better than before and Augeri will for damn sure. Very few even knew him before getting the Journey gig. I'm not trying to sound insensitive because I am a fan of all of these guys but I get way too much pleasure from my Journey memories to turn away now. I hope Jeremey gets this gig because he deserves it and has the sound and is a great front man. I also would like to see Kevin Chalfant involved. I'm just gonna wait and see!

yeah, but Auburn on a rebuilding year and Arkansas? We never said they were a power in the conference. Let USC play Tennessee, or Florida, or Georgia, or LSU. Maybe it would be better representation of the awesome SEC.
