Was it poor decision-making? Absolutely. Are the photos in poor taste? They could have been much worse for the stink that they've caused.

Obviously, her attachment to Disney is what's causing the stir. But what gets me is that Disney's adding fuel to the fire by publicizing it. If Disney would step off, this whole thing would go away and her reputation wouldn't be so tarnished.

Um, Billy Ray Cyrus seems to pretty much be doing everything he can to cash in on her success. Granted, there'd be no success without him pulling the strings or whatever, but still, dude, let her have her career and quit being EVERYWHERE she is.
