Right before I left for Japan I walked the Bay to Breakers in San Francisco with some friends. We were at the part in the walk where we enter Golden Gate park and there was a guy dressed up exactly like the guy in this video and he was playing cowbell too. The people I was with didn't know what the guy playing cowbell was about so I had to explain it to them.
