Don't know the guy, but there's a bar here in Little Rock called "Joubert's".
It's a fun little sports dive...with 'interesting' bear drawings on one wall.
Sweet Sweet Connie used to hang out there some.

Been there many a time (pronounced "JOE-BEARS"), and we'll have to swap Sweet Connie stories sometime... She was also a regular at the White Water Tavern.
