Sorry if this has been posted in the last couple of days.
I just don't remember seeing anything recently.
Any news?

Still here and yes, I think we will need the gravitational pull of the full moon to assist.

...18 days overdue with my 1st daughter...it was September...I tried playing Christmas carols so she would think she was "missing" Christmas! I started looking at my ten year old sister's pogo stick, but my mom grabbed it away from me before I got to try out it's possible labor-inducing qualities! What worked? A big ice cold glass of prune juice.., 12 hours later Ellen Marie checked in at just over 9 lbs.
Hope this is a helpful suggestion

I was late too!
about a month
all my mom could eat wehn she was pregant was ginger snaps
so I was known as the ginger snap kid!
guess that's why I have this deep desire for the hot & spicy!
I guess prunes make everything run for there life.
Hang in there Andrew!

about 6-8 milliunits of pitocin per minute and an artificial rupture of membranes might help too!

Andrew... I was three weeks late with both my boys. Alex was breech so he was caesarian, but Brian was natural. But... I never went into labor with Brian until I got to the hospital to prep for yet another caesarian. My doc didn't want him overcooked, so after three weeks, he said the kid's coming out today. I went to the hospital, fully expecting to have another caesarian. Upon my first few minutes, they gave me a lovely little pill to um... how do I say this... well... 'clean me out'.
Weird thing was,.... I knew I was "clean" after an hour of that nonsense, but I was still cramping. Lo and behold, I finally had gone into labor.
No.. I'm not suggesting taking it upon yourself to speed up the process. The little darlin' will come out healthier on its own. Prayers going out for the three of you!

I hope that baby is born very soon! My daughter was 10 days late. I had to be induced and have my water broken. Then they realized that sometime AFTER her due date she turned so she was breach. I ended up with a c-section. We tease Lauren now because that girl has never been on time for anything in her life!

Nope, that didn't work for me. 'Lil bugger was stayin' put! I was already a week late, with high blood pressure issues. Had to finally have a C section.
Docs usually say what got you there, will really help speed you along. So, get working, Andrew!

Nah, it would work for Mrs Wombat!
It is true...what got ya there can speed things along-not always but it's sure worth a try. (Just don't forget the nipple stimulation part....VERY important)

Hmm... has anybody else noticed Andrew's vacant absence from this board for almost 24 hours?
Was I right?
Did the full moon help?
Do we have a new little baby wombat in our midst???
...My spidey senses are tingling...

I so hope so, La Luna was beyond beautifully bright earlier tonight.
Thought of Wombat and his birthing bride while I enjoyed the spectacular site.

So did I. It was gorgeous here. Just cloudy enough to make it look big and orange off to the south.

No kidding... its just like I said to you before - this is the ideal weekend for Andrew to be away having a baby, since this board will be vacant with two big events going on and a great deal of the ususal suspects away travelling.

Haven't seen or heard anything from you, so I'm guessing things are getting busy in the maternity department. Did you take the Lamaze class?
