Promoting abstinence to a teenager is the most pointless exercise in recent history. Kids are going to do what they want to do no matter how many horribly produced videos and ads you show them.
The smart thing to do is to educate them as much as possible so when they do whatever they're going to do anyway, they at least know how to do it as safely and responsibly as possible. Of course the jesus freaks don't see it this way, but hey, that's why teenage pregnancy is on the rise again.
