Brief on Reujen. He is the lead singer for ZOO Band, Arnel’s band before joining Journey. He is presently on vacation in the US.
He was with Arnel in Vegas yesterday, and gave us an update on Arnel’s well being. He also managed to meet the whole band. This is first hand update as related / shared by Reujen

Jdiva: Hey Reu! How are you?
Reujen: great super great guys just got back
Louwiz: what's the latest about AP?
Reujen: spent the day with arnel before he left off on a Lear Jet
Reujen: yup went to his hotel room at the planet Hollywood
Reujen: got him his favorite meal
Josie55: that's good
Reujen: yup he ate a lot prepared 7 cups of rice , he ate the half wow
Reujen: and got him a big sweet papaya he brought with him
Reujen: flew back to Ca
Reujen: then we were laughing that we should trade places na but i assured him
Reujen: to just hold on
Reujen: i gave him all you hugs and kisses and prayers
Reujen: all he needed was just a familiar tagalog speaking brother like me
Reujen: and all was well, we were laughing
Jdiva: YAY! Make sure he shows up here for his birthday Reu!
Reujen: yeah he will be in ontario and he has his voice back na
Reujen: and got a chance to meet all of them Journey
Reujen: and of course picture with them too Neil Schon

Reujen: i have never seen AP eat sinigang (soup based meal, fish in this instance) like that
Reujen: I became a messenger and an angel again
Reujen: yes , yesterday AP got the learjet and flew to santa monica then back last night to vegas
Reujen: yup we were all there even my aunt and rocker grandma ha ha ha

Reujen: since the show got postponed, its better for them to stay here than there because there are things to do here

Reujen: only thing i forgot doing is to log on when we were together para (so that it would be) cool, but we were spending quality time together in his suite
Reujen: it was so funny and weird actually when arnel and i were thinking
Reujen: AP only eats fish and fruits and vegetables

His life in the last 12 months has been out of this world. Last year, taking tips for singing requests from a small audience and now fronting Journey and being flown by jets. Wow.

It looks like they are...let him take some time off to chill in CA and Vegas and eat some good old Pinoy meals. There's a lot of Filipino restaurants in both states.

I m still an easy going guy,unless they screw him.I was going to write off Journey after all the shit they they pulled off in 2006. {not that is really matters im just a fan} I didnt want to accept Arnel, but i liked the new Cd and Dvd, and I saw him live up close, and made eye contact with him and I know he is sincere.He is Journeys last chance to be a valid band. I am in no way threatening the band, I am just saying if they screw him, or try to use tapes, ill be the first one to expose them for any trickery or slander towards him. Him and us fans deserve better,and ill hold them to it beleive me.Sounds like they are doing the right thing this time, God bless them for it
