Can't remember if I ever brought this up in this forum, but having just showed to another Journey fan, we agree this to have a totally derivative 'borrow' from Journey's Patiently. Take a listen on itunes if you have it (or here is is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPYSSqCNETQ ). The song came out around '98 or so. Good song actually (for modern pop rock, and the fact that musicially it borrows from Journey). This is actually, to me, way more blatent a borrow than Ray Parker Jr's 'Ghostbusters Theme' borrow from Huey Lewis's 'I Want a New Drug'

Yeah...I dunno, not so much on those two, similar chords / notes, but that's about it

Dishwalla's a great band, BTW! They'd be an excellent opener for Journey.
