If you MR Journey/Perry fans are still interested in my wicked, twisted sense of humor, I made two more YouTube Journey/Perry videos. My last J/SP video will be shot in Los Angeles. But, I have to state that my friends, family and a local priest want me to "move on" to other celebs, so I will. Hey, Whitney Houston could use some healing, tee hee!

Well, I cannot believe I received so much positive attention for my video craziness! At first I was afraid people would not get me, of course some won't. But, making silly videos and picking on celebs like Journey and Steve Perry has helped me to deal with personal pain which is a good thing.

I want to say "thank you" to those kind viewers who offered this first-time video loonie heart-felt compliments, some public and private. I even want to thank those who think I need a straight jacket! I especially want to thank, what am I, Jennifer Hudson at the Oscars?, certain entertainment industry folks for their offer - I know you lurk on MR and yes, I will DEFINATELY think about it. Last, thanks so much to Journey and Steve Perry......for not having me investigated by the FBI, har! MBPL

I have to state that my dying mom is the reason I started the Journey/Perry videos. Thankfully she passed on her wicked sense of humor to me, to help me cope I guess. Well, I state this because last night she fell at the facility where she is housed and cracked her head open above her eye lid. Hours later...tetna shot, wound stitched with glue, and a piece of chocolate that I slipped her in the emergency room. Life is weird. But, I thought about something mom told me and my younger bro, something we forgot when we were kids. Bare with me, you all know how I love to ramble…

One night we would not go to bed, we were about 4 and 7. We were at the top of the stairs and mom, a single parent, was at the bottom pleading with us. “Now, go to bed or mother will be angry.” We refused of course then she said, “Alright...the boogie man will get you.” Suddenly the lights went off and mom appeared at the bottom of the stairs with a flashlight under her chin. Well, the reflection off mom's bottle-bottom eye glasses coupled with her making a face and going WHOOOOOOO! scared the s**t out of us! So, is it any wonder why I am the way I am? PS-we went to bed.

Hate to preach, but if you have a parent who raised you as right as they could, pinch their cheek, kiss their forehead and tell them "thanks." All the best, have a great weekend, MBPL
