Pick 10 Disney songs you would like to hear Perry sing if he did a children's album for the company. Something that could be done with his gruff vocal sound and might actually sound decent.
1. Circle of life
2. Reflections
3. Some day
4. Can you feel the love tonight
5. Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah
6. Color of the wind
7. Be our guest
8. You’ll Be in My Heart
9. Once upon a dream
10. Friend like me

I'm serious. He could probably perform some of the songs live on Disney's Christmas special. He's got grandkids right? He can give them something that they can appreciate. I like this idea, it's one of my better ones.

Just as long as he doesn't do a Bing Crosby style Christmas album!
I'd actually like to hear SMFP do a blues album, something with smoke, soul and style. He's got the emoting abilities to pull off something spectacular, even if the vocal range is severely limited.

You guys can't see SP singing a song like this, sitting on a stool, rumbling along in a low smokey voice with the occasional high note?

Y'all are going to give SG a freakin' heart attack...if there's something he loves ALMOST as much as haunted houses and football-it's Disney songs.....it's a good thing he's asleep right now...I don't think he could handle hot women, beer and Disney and SMFP all at the same time-he'd put my life-saving skills to the true test!!! I seriously think I'm gonna make him take a valium before he reads here tomorrow-way too much excitment all in one place!!!!

That one cracked me right up. Can't picture him singing that one at all.

I do! Don't know how he would sound like now, but I "believe" he would be fabulous, using the famous SP-inflections.

I don't care if he sings anything, as long as I can hear him sing! I have a recording of him singing "On top of spagetti" for a radio stump the band show. He sounded cute with that!

Annie, the radio program was on KEGL in Dallas. Around the 80's. A friend of mine taped it the day it aired off the radio. He talks about Journey, and stays on quite a while. He eventually gets tired and tells them I gotta get some sleep.
