This may have already been done, but Andrew...have you considered streaming a radio format playing all the bands you provide news on?
I'm sure there is a lot of good music by the bands that you cover, but its tough to find time to download soundclips. I know you offer the compilation cds, but if I could tune in at work or while at home, it would go along ways to be introduced to these artists.
How about a satellite radio channel???? Sirius/XM needs some help.
Just a thought.

Done for several years before new RIAA regulations made running the thing far too difficult and burried in BS. So I stopped it....

Munich's Hardest hits is the best internet station I have come across for melodic rock. Can anyone recommend any others?

Too bad. Whatever happened to using radio to sell albums?
I think the artists shoot themselves in the foot as much as conglomo radio.

Were you the DJ?

Yeah, could you imagine that..."Hello, mates, this Andrew McNeice broadcasting live from...God Dammit, Deano just insulted another...sorry about that folks..."

That's a real shame - it would have been a lot of fun!
Bit surprised Icehouse hasn't jumped in to comment on this thread yet...

Ive been listening to StickmanRadio for many many years. Love it!
And when Andrew did have his radio station I loved listening to that too. There was no DJ it was all automated. Fuc*in RIAA rules and regs make having a station a pain in the ass a lot of the time. And its something you constantly have to be on top of and monitor. I know Andrew is a very busy guy and another reason he may have decided against it was he just didnt have the time.
