Madsplash, I think the contention was that it was TONED DOWN from the original "the new stuff sounds great blah blah", not that it was removed.

I'm not sure I've ever been called Dude by a female before. It's a little unsettling, but I kinda like it.

Again, not meaning to pat myself, just fired up about still seeing that there. He could have EASILY been told to take down SP's name when he was asked to take down some of his original comments.

Funny, you said that exact same thing word for word the last time I said "dude". I wasn't aware it was an unfeminine word to use, but WHATEVER. (I could have used a much worse one)

You must realize by the number and type of replies you get to all of your "see look look here's proof" threads that this IS how people take it though. "It's not WHAT you say, it's the WAY you say it." You'd have to be clueless not to be able to see how you're coming across, especially considering just how many people here have been saying it for months.

I guess how I feel is that if someone actually gets pissed off over something they read on message board, well then that's hard for me to understand. I get pissed off in real life, and am only here in fun. Besides the times when there have been arguments that can get childish, why would anyone posting about SP/Journey, actually piss someone off.

I don't get pissed over anything anyone wants to post about J or SP, or how they say it. I may disagree, but have too many pressures in real life to let it actually piss me off. Now attacking and name calling is different. I try never to do that unless it's done to me first, and even then I'm dissapointed in myself that I let myself be baited into a childish argument.


And if I'm going to be CALLED an ass, I'm most certainly going to tell the person who called me an ass to kiss it.
