Journey in Las Vegas!
Here is to hoping someone get's some good, plokkerless, screamless video. Brownie points for a nice soundboard recording.
Can't wait to hear the new songs! :D

We will probably have at least a hint of what 3 songs sound like tonight. I'm not counting on any good quality vids, or sound but a good sneak peek would be cool.

If we are left with only second-hand accounts, and no video/audio...don't forget the accounts will be skewed by the orator's prejudices towards the band. People have a hard time being objective with this band.

That's why this is chess, and not checkers......

Perry's good natured bonhomie & the world’s most charmin smile, knocked fans off their feet. Sportin a black tux, gigs came alive as he swished around the stage thrillin audiences w/ charisma that instantly burnt the oxygen right out of the venue.TR.com

Still, plenty of tickets left in the Orchestra seating. I feel the full house will be on Friday, not tonight.

There will be videos up by tomorrow morning. There's no doubt about it. And I would expect there to be at least one with pretty good quality.

Just go with Journey-Vegas- Feb 23 2011.

If you put Eclipse in there, you might get a bunch of gay vampire shit but if that's your thing, have at it.

With 60 US dates, chances are many of us will find another alternative other than going to Vegas, one that doesn't involve plane tickets and Casinos.

The Wednesday is what killed me ... and I'm sure they did that intentionally to play in front of a generally casual audience to test the new songs and engineer. Had this weekend not been my mother's birthday, I was probably going to go. But I'll save it for the second Vegas go 'round when I can sit poolside. And I'm also doing California and at least 2 other gigs. :) Probably not 8 like the first Revelation leg, but it won't be too far behind. :)

Just got checked into my room in Vegas and can't wait for the show! The trip and show are a last minute birthday gift from my beautiful and wonderful wife. Was a bit surprised that we could get such good seats on such late notice, but like someone else said, the middle of the week thing makes a difference.

Will report back with review tomorrow (or tonight if I'm still able to type) 8)

I actually wish them well for the first time, since I have thrown in the towel waiting for the Voice. Life without Perry goes on after all.

I have concert calls coming for all 3 new songs and a couple of friends of mine already ran into Mimi and Fu Fu (who are also friends :) ).I'll listen to them tomorrow morning, though. I'll be sleeping by concert time, as I'm 3 hours ahead.
