As heretical as this may be to some, TBF is still my favorite Journey album. Not perfect, but so damn good.

I always wondered why there weren't more rockers on Trial By Fire. If it was like pulling teeth to get everybody in the band on board, I now understand why.

Escape, the title track, was a rocker. Frontiers, the title track, was almost a rocker. Even Raised on Radio, title track was a rocker. Trial By Fire's title track was the farthest thing from a rocker. Perhaps the album should have been named One More.
