I think they should do an Arrival medley.
Everyone (AP, Cain, Neal) is on record saying they love that album. Would keep the die-hards satisfied too.

And then play State of Grace too. Just to fuck with people.

This band needs to takes some risks.

If they did an Arrival Medley I am sure Cain would make it piano ballad medley II.
Im shocked they arent doing Loved by you, the whole song.

Hey...they now have pictures of Steve behind Arnel WHILE he is singing! Everyone is talking about. It just happened at the Hanford, CT show just, what was it yesterday. I thought for sure y'all would be talking about it here.

If you watched a few videos from their 2017 tour, you will also catch glimpses of SP's pic
in the background videos. What's it mean Probably nothing more than nostalgia and
Neal dedicating 'Lights' for a 2nd year on tour to SP.

Well, that's heartwarming. Shows the bickering and past pettiness are no more.

Arnel sounds pretty rough there, maybe just bad yt sound quality. He's also aged a lot from the boyish appearance when he first came out. Is he 50-ish now?

And what's with that Cavalier's jersey?! I know bands like to wear identifying apparel of the city where they're performing. But they must know the Warriors are in the NBA finals against Cleveland. This is like rooting for the enemy. Bad!

At .16 mark, he missed his 'OHHH' mark.
Looks like he runs out of gas at .36 mark, trying to get
the next line out.
Had to full screen it and watch a few times.
The guy's gotta be tired with all the mic pointing at the audiences

There are still people out there who want AP to fail... yet he hasn't. His tenure with the band has surpassed Perry's, making him the longest serving lead vocalist in Journey. He came into the band to do a job and he's done it well. Haters are going to hate.

Did you even look at the video ?
Or you just like to jump down people's throats ?
Sorry, but I'm more interested in 'quality of service' than
longevity in a band.

Hopefully, when we see them next month, AP won't just
stand on stage and proclaim he's been with the band longer
than Perry.
I'm hoping for a good performance.

Congratulations to Arnel on having officially the longest tenure as lead singer for the band! He doesn't surpass Perry in quality BUT he has done a phenomenal job at doing what he was hired to do and Steve is happy for him too.

But...I can truly see that this just might be Arnel's last year. The tensions that went on last year don't get solved overnight. Neal is grinning and smiling and bearing it and probably counting down to 2019 when he will resume JTT.

Looks like you get the Pretenders as a 3rd act. Odd trio. Hope Journey doesnt drop a couple songs due to this.

I was there. According to the Atlanta Constititution 38,000 people there. Not quite a sellout but pretty close. I have to say the sound system in the stadium was terrible. But Arnel sounded better than Ive heard him live before.
