Help Advertise for the South Bend Show!!!!

Postby T-Bone » Thu Jul 26, 2007 12:52 pm

Make sure you help Andrew out by advertising this event to your friends and family.

I post a bulletin about once a day on my myspace for this event. I also added a link on my main profile

Here's the code for the link I put on my main profile under my Music section. Just Copy & Paste these in the appropriate Sections. This one uses the pic I made. The code for it is below the pic

Here's the Promo Poster Andrew made that you can use on MySpace. It's a clickable link that goes to the main page of the MR Fest Site. Looks like this and the link is below it

Show Announcement -

I am very pleased to announce that guitarist Josh Ramos will join Kevin Chalfant and his band for their set, covering among other things, their great work together in The Storm!
I am also working with Jeff Scott Soto to put something special together for his performance in South Bend! Stay tuned....

This is a fully seated theater so ALL tickets are first in, first served! I encourage purchase of tickets ASAP to get the very best seats still available.

Featuring....

Nashville's All-Star Scrap Metal
Kelly Keagy (Night Ranger), Gunnar & Matthew Nelson (Nelson)
Mark Slaughter (Slaughter) Eric Martin (Mr. Big)
Dave Marshall (Vince Neil Band) and Gary Corbett (Lou Gramm Band/Cinderella)

With Very Special Guests:
Jim Peterik (ex-Survivor, Pride Of Lions)
Jack Blades (Night Ranger, Damn Yankees)
Jimi Jamison (ex-Survivor)
Jeff Scott Soto (Talisman, ex-Journey)
Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow, Deep Purple)
plus Joe Vana (Mecca) and Michael Eden (Eden's Curse)

Plus Support from:

Jeff Scott Soto
Kevin Chalfant
7th Heaven

And...

HAREM SCAREM!!! This is going to be one of their last shows ever, so DON"T MISS IT!!!

Show Details -

The theater is fully seated and the tickets are reserved seating, so the sooner you buy tickets the better the seats will be. I'm sure everyone will be on their feet once these bands get rocking! I must add however, this is an intimate theater of only 2500 seats, so there really won't be a bad seat in the house if you can't purchase tickets immediately come Saturday.

This is an ALL ages show. Everyone is welcome!

There is full catering available within the venue at the Bistro (www.morriscenter.org/bistro.html) and yes, there is a full bar for much needed refreshments!
The Vine Restaurant (thevinesb.com) is open for all to sit down and enjoy a meal and is housed in the same building for your convenience.
The show will commence at 2pm and run the rest of the afternoon/evening. A full run down of band performance times and set duration will be announced in the coming weeks.
Any questions whatsoever, please e-mail anytime!

Tickets are on sale now via the Morris Box Office.

Is it just me - or is all the text a active link rather than just the picture?

MR.com 10th Anniversary show write-up!

Postby deseranno » Sat Sep 01, 2007 12:24 am

A couple of weeks ago I sent a notice into the local entertainment newspaper re: the MR 10 Anniversary show. There is a write up in the new edition!

Check out www.whatzup.com, click the magazine cover and go to pages 12-13. The Out & About by Nick Braun column.
