Right, and my point is that in one post you state your opinion as "fact".. and in another you discount facts altogether...

While you're entitled to your opinion, and how people perceive you... without fact to support your opinion, you are giving the impression that your opinion on any given topic is borne of illiteracy instead of FACT (knowledge).

But hey.. rock on...

Correction:

The vast majority of students who voted, voted for Obama.

That's the message I meant to write.

I find it funny (and honestly both sides are guilty of this) where if you're on the winning side of the pole, they say "that confirms we're doing well" and if you're on the losing side, it's always "the voters haven't spoken yet" or "the polls lie". They are such tenuous things where all it takes is some sex scandal, an incredibly bad verbal faux pas, an Iran/Israeli war and the whole shootin match changes.

I'll be glad when the election is over. The one huge downside to being registered as a non-partisan (because I detest both parties to be honest) is that I get constantly harrassed by both parties anyway because I'm an "independent" voter (one of the joys of living in a swing state like Nevada I suppose).

yer not making any sense...

1st you say:

...In '09 the vast majority of Obama voters were college kids

I show you hard, after-the-fact evidence that your opinion is based on no fact at all... and now you say:

....all these graphs, charts, etc. don't mean a thing to me until after the results of the election. After the election, I will then analyze these graphs, charts, etc. for trend purposes only.

Facts always matter... because an opinion you can't factually support... is called a guess..

The polls themselves are 'opinions'...the only poll that is 'fact' is the election. The polls can be twisted to mean almost anything you want to. Even subtleties on how a question is asked can change the numbers.

Yeah, he had to go back and reread FF post...and admit to himself that he read it wrong the first time.

If you reread his original post, it's pretty obvious that he did NOT believe the above when he wrote that.

Ryan's speech might have sunk the ship. News outlets are blasting him to pieces.

Liberal news outlets Rick, we loved it, which means he's over the target getting some flack.

Oh, and I bet you didn't even see it. Right?

We all know that you would never ever admit if Ryan wouldnt deliver, which he didnt. I think the funniest new of yesterday was CuNtolesa Rice trying to give advice about foreign affair policies  Bitch please, the last person we need to talk about this is the one who was Bush and Chaneys puppy and helped start a war based on lies .

What was our bet again? A case of cold ones wasn't it?

Oh there is more than the case my friend. Remember the sig you need to use for ONE FULL YEAR.
You still think Romney has a chance cause its hard to see the big picture with blinders on. Gathering bunch of rich people in one place and cheer for Romney and Ryan is far far from winning this thing ,

Ryan said many things that were bent, for sure. I'm not sure about out and out lies and he definitely helped the cause, which is not aimed at liberals.

What the Dems have to be careful about is that many of their criticisms are saying he actually did things that the Dems want (TARP, Part D, etc). So if you are saying Ryan really has supported the Dem policies, will that not make some independents more willing to go with Romney/Ryan. Just saying.

It's like when the GOP touts all these people that are upset with Obama (e.g. Matt Damon, etc). They say see, even they are upset. But they are upset because the Prez didn't go left enough. So it's a weird thing in my opinion.

I think for the crowd Ryan was trying to reach, it was as good as speech as any. And don't worry folks, there will be plenty of lies and half-truths next week. But there will be some powerful speakers that will help the cause.

What the Democrats need to be careful of is to not pay too much attention to the VP and to concentrate on Romney. Ryan is only there to solidify the Republican base...something that Romney can't do on his own because he is too liberal. Well, at least some versions of Romney that he has presented are too liberal...who really knows what the 'true' Romney is...he changes his mind so often.

Come November, people will be voting for the President, not the VP. Ryan is not a Sarah Palin.

If Ryan runs for President in 2016, you'll have a great point.

Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney will head to Louisiana to tour damage from Hurricane Isaac.

Romney has scheduled a last-minute visit Friday to Lafitte, La., where he will tour damage with Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal. The storm canceled the first day of Romney’s Republican convention, and his campaign has been considering a visit for several days.

Romney is scrapping an appearance in Virginia to go to Louisiana instead.

Heavy rains and flooding have contributed to at least five deaths in Louisiana and Mississippi this week after the slow-moving storm knocked out power in whole neighborhoods.

In Louisiana, Romney will thank emergency first responders for their work.

Mitt Romney may be headed to New Orleans on Friday, but President Obama has no plans to make a similar stop to view damage from Hurricane Isaac.

"No changes to our schedule as of now," Obama campaign traveling press secretary Jen Psaki told POLITICO.

The president is scheduled to leave Washington Friday morning to visit troops at Fort Bliss near El Paso, Texas.

Obama will be there Monday.

Yeah, funny how schedules can change when needed..

President to New Orleans Monday -- after Ohio campaign stop...

probably waiting for the golf courses to re-open.. :D

Monday, 5 days after the storm.

Eastwood had it a bit wrong, Obama is more of a stool than a chair.

Romney is only going there to gain votes , not to help. ;) Bad enough people got hit by the dn hurricane , now they have to put up with Romney as if one disaster wasn't enough already.

I think a lot of middle of the road people who voted for Obama in 2008 purely to help clear that "No black man will ever be president" hurdle are now of the mind set of "been there, done that; we'll vote with our head this time."
