I knew a lady rewarded herself when she quit smoking by buying things she wouldn't have been able to afford if she hadn't quit. It was very effective. Hope it can help out here, too!

Well that's good Liam.....Hubby tells me it gets easier and he never seemed like he had cravings
or withdrawls.
He quit 5 yrs ago and hasn't picked up one since, while I smoke hugely around him and our kids.
