Its a Vet collar. Its not my cat. I just found it and thought it was golden.
Apparantly the kitty had a little trouble with the food bowl.
Also how I feel some days... :lol:

This is our cat Max. He's as cool as a cucumber. He sleeps all stretched out, sometimes hanging half off the couch. You can run the vacuum cleaner right up to him and he won't budge. The camera had him a little spooked looking though. It flashes about 4 or 5 times before it takes the picture. lol
