Too Funny.

Tavaras Jackson on season ending IR due to a sore little toey....pussy bastard. You think OG would miss a game due to a sore fucking toe? Yeah I know, turf toe hurts, but come on man, you waited three years to play and now you can't man up, pop some pills and take a shot for pain? Go to Hell Jackson. Pussy.

OG has to play now. How ironic, OG, at age 41, is going to play on a NHL ice surface in 1 degree temps, on MNF no less. That would be fitting end for his career....cold weather, MNF drama, and playing hurt. Gotta love the Old Gunslinger.

I should in NO WAY say this, but on the surface, it sure looks like to me that white guys have more intestinal fortitude, ie, guts to play hurt. Roethlisberger is a tough motherfucker, of course the OG, the entire NHL(all whities for the most part), and some tough fucking MLB'ers....versus those pussies in the NBA who get a hang nail and miss 11 games...some of these pussy NFL black RB's who won't take a needle and of course, TJ of the Vikings. Just sayin here.....on the surface, it appears the white guys are indeed tougher.

2 things, Dean:

1) Stereotypes, like the one you listed, are stereotypes for a reason ... because they're almost always true. Meaning, nice work on your opinion/editorial.

2) Love the new sig.

Not to sound racist because I AM NOT (have many black buds), but I've played ball against full "black" teams before and they are as soft as they come when it comes to being physical of that nature. I was up against a black guy one on one during most of a game and by the 4th QRT he was actually begging to not bring it because it's about game-over, and they were an undefeated team that never lost! I've had stiffer competitions against all white guy teams than I ever had against black guys when it comes to toughness and battling. Now, they ARE fast.

If Aaron Rodgers doesn't play (and it's looking like he may not), I'm not sure the Packers have it in them to score 17 points. While this Patriots defense is definitely questionable, I believe that they've only given up one TD in the past 10 quarters.

Yeah, if Rodgers doesn't play (2nd concussion) then I'd say the score would probably be more around in the 34-10 range.

Quick, without looking it up Y2J, or anyone else here for that matter, who is the Green bay back up?

You took the words out of my mouth J2B :) , without Rodgers, they aren't scoring 17 fucking points, and you can forget about the 3 in 17...they aren't kicking FG's in a snowstorm. NE 28, GB, 7. The Packers are folding like a cheap tent and do NOT make the playoffs.

You think OG will play this week? I can't see the old man sitting in the 1 degree weather at the University of Minnesota, on MNF, in front of the continent(well not Mexico, because those stupid Tacocunts don't watch football and they don't own TV's)....I just see OG going to get the injection over at St Paul regional, popping a handful of percs and getting it on. He hates Chicago, and this is his last chance....Plus, I think deep down he still loves GB, and beating the Bears would help the Fudgepackers get into the playoffs.

Good question, Rockin2Deano. Matt Flynn, #10. I know this because me and my buddy had an inside joke when we played Madden and we ironically always played with the backup QB when either of us had the Pack, and it was Matt Flynn. We had a good laugh when he couldn't put up a single TD against Detroit haha.

Christmas break has arrived. Fuckin bored waiting for my girl to get out of class so I'm going to do my Week 14 Power Rankings:

1. New England Patriots: In a class of their own. It's the Patriots, and EVERYONE else until someone challenges them.
--------------------------------

2. Philadelphia Eagles: As Vick soars, so does the Eagles. One tough team to defend. Vertically, on the ground, defensivley. They are COMPLETE.

3. Pittsburgh Steelers: Big showdown this week. Win and that #2 seed is pretty much theirs.

4. Atlanta Falcons: Matty Ice is the next generation of Tom Brady. If Atlanta gets homefield, look out.

5. New Orleans Saints: And the Saints come marchin' in. Big game against Baltimore, and they have a must win against Atlanta in the upcoming weeks.

6. Baltimore Ravens: 4th QRT collapse's won't do them well in the playoffs. Defense showing their age while the offense underachieves.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Meet the Grinch of the AFC playoffs. With their slice and dice run game, if the Jags take care of Indy, they will pose a major threat come January.

8. Chicago Bears: Don't worry Chicago, you're just the latest victim. You'll rebound against a disgusting bad Vikings team on Monday Night.

9. N.Y Jets: All of a sudden, the Jets miracle close victories are now turning into loss's against average/good teams. A major problem for the Jets now that Rape-chez (Arrested for rape charges at USC) has hit his slump.

10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Josh Freeman is the next to become elite in this league. His 4th QRT comebacks this early in his career remind me of some quarterback that wears #7 currently active.

---------------------------------
Panic: Green Bay Packers, San Diego Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs, Indianapolis Colts, Oakland Raiders, Houston Texans

PANIC, the PACK is way past panic...its a team in crises and chaos...no leadership at all... and a coach with no fire... just saying... I am in the camp of what a dissapointment... I was so hyped by this Packer team in AUG and SEPT... then, bam way too many loses earlier in the year, by way lesser teams...lots of defensive and offensive injuries and now Rodgers out... no run game to think of... I see Brady throwing for lots of yardage and lots of points... will be about 45-to maybe 3... and if its a snow event in NE this weekend... it will be even a worse game... UGH... I might just watch the survivor finale... and not watch this game Sunday night...

So you're saying the Jaguars and Bucs are better than the Giants, or did you just forget to include them on your list? They are tied for the second-best record in the NFC, after all.

Maybe the Vikes should consider talking Vinny Testaverde out of retirement. He's always good for one win off the bench.

Actually I forgot them on my list. I wanted to put them at # 4 and Falcons at #5. Sometimes I worry about placing other teams too much that I forget about the obvious but I think the Giants may represent the NFC when it's all said and done.

1. New England Patriots: In a class of their own. It's the Patriots, and EVERYONE else until someone challenges them.
--------------------------------

2. Philadelphia Eagles: As Vick soars, so does the Eagles. One tough team to defend. Vertically, on the ground, defensively. They are COMPLETE.

3. Pittsburgh Steelers: Big showdown this week. Win and that #2 seed is pretty much theirs.

4. N.Y Giants: Eli Manning and the Giants had their hiccup game against the Cowboys some weeks ago, now they are back and poised for a run at the playoffs. They are another one of those complete teams, kind of like their NFC East rival Philadelphia.

5. Atlanta Falcons: Matty Ice is the next generation of Tom Brady. If Atlanta gets homefield, look out.

6. New Orleans Saints: And the Saints come marchin' in. Big game against Baltimore, and they have a must win against Atlanta in the upcoming weeks.

7. Baltimore Ravens: 4th QRT collapse's won't do them well in the playoffs. Defense showing their age while the offense underachieves.

8. Jacksonville Jaguars: Meet the Grinch of the AFC playoffs. With their slice and dice run game, if the Jags take care of Indy, they will pose a major threat come January.

9. Chicago Bears: Don't worry Chicago, you're just the latest victim. You'll rebound against a disgusting bad Vikings team on Monday Night.

10. N.Y Jets: All of a sudden, the Jets miracle close victories are now turning into loss's against average/good teams. A major problem for the Jets now that Rape-chez (Arrested for rape charges at USC) has hit his slump.

Could make a push:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers, San Diego Chargers

Troy Polamalu likely OUT Sunday versus the Jets this up-coming Sunday with a leg injury. This drastically changed the landscape of the Jets escaping Heinz with a victory since Troy is so monumental to the defense. The Steelers need to take care of business without him and clinch a playoff spot AT home, or else that leaves Baltimore right back into the thick of things.

Also, TE Heath Miller, who practiced all week, still has lingering effects from the concussion he suffered in Baltimore 2 weeks ago. He is also questionable.

The Steelers basically suck without Polamalu in the lineup, so this could be an interesting game. I would say if Polamalu doesn't play, I would pick the Jets to win, but I'm beginning to think the Jets season is quickly coming to an end. As Dan Shaughnessy of the Boston Globe said: "Rex Ryan has proven that bragging gets you nowhere fast"!

R2D,

The Steelers already beat the Falcons with their 4th string QB in the lineup in overtime and put the Falcons to shame when it comes to the defensive side of the ball. Matty Ice couldn't hack it against Pittsburgh's D, and their improved defense couldn't step it up even when they were down 3 QB's at the time. If the Steelers and Falcons were in the same Conference and it came down to the two to enter the post-season, it would be the Steelers to enter since they beat Atlanta HEAD TO HEAD. The Falcons don't even have their division won yet and have a showdown to sweep N.O soon. Until then, I think Pitt's better. If the Steelers lose to the Jets and if the Falcons beat the Saints in their matchup in Week 16, Atlanta will land the #2 spot. Next....

Terrell Suggs says Brees is "Better than Manning and Brady", and then goes on to make the most moronic comment about Brees' superiority by saying "He's got the hardware to prove it". Someone needs to remind Suggs that Brees doesn't have any more "hardware" than either Brady or Manning!
