Two administration officials tell The Associated Press that William Daley will be the next White House chief of staff.

Isn't this the asshole who fainted a couple of years ago?

No, that would be your hero George W Bush, who fainted after eating a fucking pretzel.

Even if Daley fainted, I am confident that it's more natural thing to do given the circumstances than John Boehner crying at every single opportunity. That guy is ridiculous.

Would it kill you to cite the "source" of your copy and paste jobs? Or does that bother you because they are all almost right winged rags?

I love how one side says that when their party was president the other side blocked everything they wanted to do....but yet when the roles are reversed - they do the same thing....ya gotta love politics. NOT!

Ex-Huffington Post CEO joins Glenn Beck’s site

By Michael Calderone
Thu Jan 6, 12:25 pm ET

The left-leaning Huffington Post and Glenn Beck's recently launched news site, The Blaze, don't have a lot in common politically. But Betsy Morgan, who was previously chief executive of the Huffington Post, has been named president of the conservative TV and radio star's "four month-old information network."

Morgan's role will be to build The Blaze into the "premiere digital network curating content, community and debate and further leveraging Beck's loyal audience," according to a release.

Media watchers may be surprised by the move, but Morgan explained that its not such a great departure from her previous work.

"I am a very apolitical person," Morgan told the New York Times. "I'm a business person, who is absolutely fascinated by brands."

She added that Beck "has built for himself quite an enormous brand," and the site is designed to "leverage the huge loyalty of that audience."

I've been a Beck listener for about six years now and thought this was pretty interesting. He was saying on the radio today that she will not have any input into articles that appear on the site. I hope the site improves overall, though. While there's some good stuff to be found there, every once in a while, I have to ask what the hell they're thinking. Some of the stuff is something I'd expect a high schooler to be posting on their school's gossip page.

No intelligent person only ever just writes their own opinions. Opinions don't mean squat if you don't cite facts, sources and the like at least once in a while.

At least we cite facts and sources rather than plagiarize other peoples words as our own.

Nice try, asshole. I've never done that. Ever.

Typical ass-backwards, inbred, goat-raping, gun-toting dickweed...throw out a red herring to distract the masses from your own imbecility.

GoebbelsFan, you haven't ever ONCE used an actual FACTUAL, UNBIASED source. Not one.

Come on now dude...we were all starting to get along...well...ok at least be civil.

You have a tendency (as WE ALL do) to find sources that are going to support what you are trying to talk about, from your point of view, and of course a lot of bias exists there.

But you (and I to an extent) are as guilty as anyone of using biased sources.

Be honest, you know it's true.

Just two of the many ill-advised and poorly-concieved, Republican Congressional reoncilation-forced policies dating from the Bush Administration — tax cuts and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan — accounted for over $500 billion of the deficit in 2009 and will account for almost $7 trillion in deficits in 2009 through 2019, including the associated debt-service costs. These impacts easily dwarf the stimulus and financial rescues. Furthermore, unlike those temporary costs, these inherited policies (especially the tax cuts and the drug benefit) do not fade away as the economy recovers.

Would you be so good as to post a link to whoever wrote this? I notice you have flawless punctuation here Professor Jones.

You're right. I take back the part about him screwing goats.

I'm not saying I don't, or that I haven't. But it's beyond hypocritical. You cannot deconstruct a valid argument - and yes, even I sometimes present unassailable data - simply because that individual has, in the past, frequently opined and interpreted data in an ambiguous enough way to support a postulation. I'm not going to stand idly by and let that Limbaugh-licker attempt to discredit me when he has no leg to stand on himself.

And, HimmlerFan - the net cost of those two wars DOES dwarf the stimulus package. And BTW, Bush's Wall Street bailout and Obama's Automotive bailout are both A plus maneuvers. They saved us from a second Depression.

Just because I didn't cite a source does NOT mean I was trying to present it as being my own. I was an English major, douchebag, so I do know how to write. You, on the other hand, CONSTANTLY copy and paste quips and paragraphs without citing any sources.

Oh. Okay, let me get this straight. I'm racist because of things I don't say.

And you are against any kinds of "human cleansing" even though you use the term, "thinning of the human herd" huh?

I see. Now I know why all your Global Warming "science" makes sense to you.

You can't see straight.

Another lie you fool. DavePC and I have gone back and forth quite a few times about the "compassionate" in Bush's "compassionate conservatism". Allowing Kennedy to write education reform. TRYING to nominate Myers to the Supreme Court was another. It's all there Liar.

How does it feel to be either wrong or a liar at every turn?
