The cigs...you've got to want to stop to stop...I'm struggling with it now, stopped 10 years ago and restarted, smokin' more now than ever. First time around I just stopped without help, it's all in the mind. One thing you could do is smoke 20 in quick succession after a few beers, this will make you pig sick, remember to only have 20 and nail one cig to a wall in the house, next morning you'll wake up knowing you have an emergency cig, a safety net if you like but resist it, keep walking past it when you feel like a drag but stick a peanut or something in your mouth and then stick the finger up at the cig...try it dude it may just work. I'm not ready to stop just yet but when I am, 6 bottles of beer and 20 is on the menu

Don't go apologising for being down, fuck I've been ultra down for two weeks, working my arse off and no fucker paying me, anyway the cheques dropped this morning so I'm on a high tonight but shit next week it'll start again....always chasin'! As for the smokin', look it ain't necessarily gonna kill you and don't feel you have to stop because society says so, my grandfather, God rest his soul smoked 60 a day for 89 years of his life, stopped at 89 and died 2 years later on the advice of a medic
I'm off out now for a ML and then it's back in for a Ruddles County English Ale, room temperature beer and guess what, I've been asked to sit with the family and watch 'Highlander' so it's heads off time...how fucking depressing can that be...back soon dude
