I met a buddy from work the other day at 10 am to help him set up a new bed before his girlfriend came back to town. I had just come off my 18 pack of Keystone Ice and did a "hair of the dog" bloody mary at fucking 10 am. We went and set the bed up, then went right back to the bar and drank until they kicked us out somewhere around 1 am. What a long day that was. I think i'm good for awhile. That was quite the bender. I thought I was having a fucking heart attack last night, at about 11:30 pm, so I went and checked myself into the hospital. They drew blood, did an EKG and all the shit they normally do when they think you're having a coronary. You definitely get VIP check in when you complain of chest pains and numbness in your finger tips! After a few hours in there the doc said, everything is good. Your vitals are fine, you have no liver, pancreas problems, your blood pressure is fine and you were not having a heart attack. Just one little thing, though, your BAC is .322!

I said, shit, doc, I guess I shouldn't have driven over here, huh?

He said, uh, no. They made me hang around for another hour and gave me a liquid chicken dinner though an IV then sent my ass home in a cab. :lol:

The discharge order says I don't go back to work for a few days. Apparently, I just had a stress and anxiety melt down. Life's good! :wink:

I don't know anything about vodka. My son facebooked me and said buy this and that and lime juice and pineapple juice. I know nothing beyond beer. A little absinthe or aquavit now and then but that is about it.
