Since Scorpions do not have their own Subject category (not sure how you create one), I am posting here.

I bought the new CD today, "Humanity Hour 1" and so far I really like it. I am wondering anyone else who bought the CD's opinion.

I got it yesterday from best buy for 7.99. It also includes the bonus track, "Cold". Anyways the cd is different, maybe a little on the lighter side but I like it for the most part. The concept is kind of cool as well. I'll have to give it a few more spins before my final opinion.

I first listened to it a couple months ago and was pleasantly surprised...but the CD didn't really "stick". I better pull it back out and listen some more!

one of my top 5's for this year...incredible songs and production. it's a must buy, imo, especially for $8.00. klaus hasn't lost a thing vocally.

I agree. I really like it and feel it's their best since Crazy World, although 2004's Unbreakable was very good. Some songs are light, but others rock hard. I am not crazy about the Bonus track "Cold" though, it's not one of my faves.

This album is definitely one of the best of 2007. Very solid from start to finish with interesting themes, excellent instrumental pieces, and some of Meine's best vocals yet.

i think the songs are overall very good, but cant get past the drop tuned guitars, if the classic scorps guitar sound was on this i would rate it much higher. they are not drowning pool/metallica so keep the guitar sound you alwways used.
about 82 on the andrew scale 90 songs 95 production 65 guitar sound

Great album. All good songs no fillers. One of the best albums i've heard in years.
