I don't consider myself too much of a drinker, however I just spent the last 5 days in (Pismo Beach, Ca) for a little time to reflect on things going on in my life, and ooohhhh those pina coladas are soothing, in fact im slurppin on one right now as we speak. :D

I'm hungover at work. Stayed online drinking until almost 1am, then got up at 5:30. As a pro, I must make it to work ontime regardless of how I feel. 8)

Since I changed my diet and the way I choose to drink - and since I know I'm gonna be on stage a lot more - I've never felt better.

I don't drink beer, vodka, martinis, rum & coke, whiskey, etc....you get the picture.

HOWEVER - I do drink Chianti....and that's the only wine I'll drink for reds - and "Bella Sera" Pinot Grigio, for "White".

Hey, I married an Italian....whaddya expect? LOL 8)

It gets tougher as you get a little older for sure. A lot of my friends have put on weight and blame it on beer. However, I blame it on what they eat, when they're drinking.

Staring at 40 myself. Somehow I'm staying in shape despite it all. I'm in better shape than any of my friends who have quit drinking all together. :)

My feelings on this are no matter how bad I might feel, not going to work is still not an option. Gotta pay to play.

I'll be alright by lunchtime.

Big time...

sometimes hair of the dog that bit an individual's the only thing that stops the onslaught. 8)

Me, too. I drink a lot of beer. Already passed 40 and still weigh the same I did in junior high.

The Beer diet works for me.
