I work approx 3 days a week x 52 weeks a year, I've been doing this for 10 years and I would say on average I "touch" about 3 different vaginas a day.

Oh, yeah, that ROCKS!! I didnt' do it but I should have!!! My baby was in the Occiput posterior position and hands and knees is the best way to deliver those babies. My doc was going to use forceps to rotate her cuz after an hour and a half of pushing she wasn't moving-so I opted for an epidural at that point-hard to do the hands and knees thing when you can't feel your legs. Other than that-epiurals suck-if I had to do it again I wouldn't have one.

So, you see kids, you can begin a pregnancy with doggy style, and END it with doggy style too.

OK, someone wanted funny stories earlier...here's one. I once had a patient on her hands and knees, on a blanket on the floor, I was sitting on the floor behind her stetching things out while she was pushing (this was all per her request) and her doctor walked in to deliver-he turned right around and walked out-laughing. Later he told me that the first thought that went through his mind when he walked in and saw it was "Natalie, I didn't know you were a lesbian." He had never delivered a baby like that before, he really wasn't willing to do it that day either but I didn't give him a choice, I just told him that's what we were doing.
