I voted for Arnel because Journey is probably gonna vote him off in a year or two ANYWAY.

On the subject of fashions from 1986...what's the deal with the white suit and pink shirt in your avatar, bluejeangirl76?

I'm sure he chose pink because the show was for breast cancer awareness.

Yes. That's true. The shirt was pink & white striped and he was also wearing a pink tie... which I don't have a problem about but... for some reason it wasn't tied at any point. It was just hanging there open. I thought that was an amusing fashion choice (and I mean amusing in a good way, not in a making fun kind of way). (I shoulda stole it off him while Rokken had him distracted signing 37 different things! ROFL!!)

To varying degrees, much of the Journey catalogue could be classified as schmaltzy.
CFTB is not insufferably so, like, say, "Let it Take you Back" - where Cain bemoans the passing of some Norman Rockwellian alternate reality compised of soda jerks, malt shops, and Ford Thunderbirds.

Oh, sounds like the year I was born!

Don't ask me. I didn't dress him.

And he's the only guy I know that can pull off wearing a pink shirt and still look good! :D

No probs stevew2!
I can take a joke. And your posts to me have never been upsetting or offensive.
So - chill, mate.
It's all good.
Of course if I thought for one moment you meant to say I was vile, I would steal your beer supply too.

Humour keeps threads afloat.

It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode when Jerry buys a very expensive new suede jacket - very swish but the lining is pink and white striped. Unfortunately it starts snowing whilst he is out and to prevent damaging the suede he turns the jacket inside out and wears the garment Augeri style!

Let's leave the man and his pink attire alone. A lot of the men had pink ties/shirts etc. And Val's husband had BRIGHT pink Chuck Taylors on (which was the coolest thing ever, by the way).

Drew, why do you think I started it?!?!
Skylorde and I actually bet that the thread would go downhill within hours. He bet 120 minutes. I bet 60.

We were both wrong...

Heck, Something's gotta keep ya busy!!! I  f I had to deal with nothing but the crying babies and women spent of energy from child birth...I'd want a saucy forum thread to keep me distracted as well.

I'm just looking out for you, bro! ;)
