As some Californians might recall, Senator Barbara Boxer interrupted some men from the US Armed Forces testifying in Congress to insist she be called "Senator" as opposed to "ma'am" despite that being in the military code of formal addresses, that's how they're trained, etc. So this spoof got filmed. Typical Zucker stuff, heh.
