Ah. okayokay, I see it now. Sorry for stealing your thunder! Your posts always skips my eye because you have no avatar followed by the countless number of quotes. Good call, good call. You're right, not body shape, just face resemblance. Hell, Ryan makes Deano look like Stallone in Rambo III! You earn the point! haha  Go Stillers!!!!

the end of the dynesty is about to happen I sense... the team and fans might not see it yet... but the passion was missing

I do agree that they weren't in sync and something was missing...mostly from Brady. As though he was stoned or something.

However, if you think a 14-2 team with 6 picks in the first 3 rounds of the 2011 draft, with one of the all-time greats at QB coming into his prime, and its core intact - and one that happens to be the second-YOUNGEST in the NFL at this point - is coming to the end of its dynasty, you're not living in reality. The Pats will be superb for the next 5-6 years at least, and will very likely be BETTER next year.

That's like a dream Super Bowl. Possibly the two best overall franchise's this league has ever seen. The tradition, the history, the fans, the loyalty, the back-story, the cities, it just REEKS of football greatness, and it will square off the two best younger generation of QB's. Rodgers is younger than Ben, but Ben is still only 28 and entering his prime as we speak (80-31 as a starter; 9-2 in the playoffs including 2-0 in Super Bowls.)

That would be one bitchin Super Bowl. If Pittsburgh would lose, I'd be heart-broken more than ever, but I'd tip my hat and applaud GB. Losing sucks monkey balls, but if I were to lose to anyone in the big game, it would be the Pack since both franchise's are models of each other.

Gotta get through the Jets first, and the Pack gotta get through Da Bears.

I never questioned Favre's heart, Dean. I also never questioned the guy's love for football. Those have never been criticisms of mine toward Favre. My criticism of Fave is plain and simple...he simply isn't nearly as good as his supporters say he is. Sure, he has a gazillion records, but he's also played more NFL games than ANY QB in the history of the league, so it stands to reason that he is going to have the records that he has. His supporters are blind to the fact that Favre has been personally responsible for losing a fuckload of games for his teams over the seasons, and really big games. For me personally, I'd take Roethlisberger The Rapist over Favre, and I'm completely serious about that. I simply think that the guy who pulls chicks into bathrooms to sexually accost them shows up for big games much more than Favre ever has!

Shit, I'd take Ben the rapist over Tom the Gaydy in the playoffs at this point! Brady is 3-3 in his last 6 playoff games, going one and done 2 straight years (4 interceptions in Foxborough) and looking anything but any good, starting with his last Super Bowl appearance in 2007. 8)

Moon? We aren't talking the CFL here are we? How about Montana, Young and even Bledsoe. Fuck, McNabb is better than Moon. I would put Eli in there too. Dude won a Super Bowl did he not?

OG tops the list.

But Montona was more 80s....than 90s... and Moon is a stretch... but what the heck... ;-) Bledsoe... please...
and yes Eli, is good, not GREAT yet... he isnt consistant enough to be top elite.. Young... yes.. he was always at a high level... and a stud... and Moon was usually at a high level too, just on lousy teams... nah McNabb has been pretty over rated...never one the big game... and he had some really good talent around him...

Good call on Jim Kelly. I completley skipped over him, I'll replace Moon with Kelly and put Moon in my honorable mention. Nice list.

Another dopey comment by our resident teenager. Listen, say what you want about Brady, but he wasn't close to the reason the Patriots lost to the Giants. He had a higher completion percentage and more passing yards than Eli had. Not to mention, he drove his team down the field with 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter and scored the go-ahead TD. Last I checked, the guy doesn't play defense and isn't the reason the Patriots lost that game, AT ALL.

Mission accomplished! Super Bowl aside, he still didn't perform to the standards of how the Pats do things in the last two years of the playoffs. He played rushed and looked very mediocre in both bids. Unfortunately for the Pats, they go as far as Brady takes them. Where's Vinatieri when you need him

Well, Montana's prime years were mostly in the 80's. Obviously Montana is argued to be the best EVER but I look at him as an 80's product serving his last years in the early 90's. Montana is a lock dude, relax, lol.

Have you ever watched a game in which McNair played in? He was more than a solid quarterback and was a giant killer. He had a great arm, could beat you more ways than one with his legs (for a big guy) and was as accurate as they come. He was a multiple Pro-Bowl selection, an All-Pro, an NFL MVP, has a QB rating of 80.2 and was 1 yard away from winning the Super Bowl against the Rams in 1999. Steve McNair was one helluva damn quarterback.

Anyone who "gradusated" from Alcorn Fucking State is a dipshit and a loser. What, dude couldn't cheat his way into Tennessee? Georgia? If some slanderous SEC team wouldn't touch him, then none of them would...doesn't that speak to dude's reputation? And we all know how corrupt the SEC is.

I'd take Dave fucking Kreig, Randall Cuningham, Rich Gannon or Phillip Simms over McNair. Hell, Rivers should be on this list. He is already a top ten QB in the last 20 years.
