-The link Pam provided, presumably the official site of the show, pictured the top 20 or so acts on the main page. No sign of Soto.
-Another site showed the lineup, but again I didn't see a mention of Soto:

I was baited into the thread and responded. I looked at the first 3 sites after googling "Spirit of Burgas 2011" and found no mention of the guy. Nothing more, nothing less.
