Phenomenal... March can't get here soon enough! We cranked it UP!!! I joked with him later that I could have liberated his iPod on the way out cause it was just sitting there battin' it's eyelashes at me. :) As soon as I get home I'll throw y'all a Scooby Snack.

Yes, Jeff was super cool and played at least half the songs from his upcoming album Damage Control for me... the album is a mix of AOR and hard rock, with a few HEAVY tunes! Really good stuff, and one that really grabbed me was a track called "Afraid to Die" (the song was inspired by someone special). It freaking ROCKS, and catches you off-guard in places with some nice surprises. Let's hope the label makes the right choice and includes this on the album - it would be a real loss otherwise.

The musicianship is everything you'd expect from JSS and anyone he works with, and Joel Hoekstra's guitar work is outstanding, as is that of his solo band's guitarist. Looking forward to this one!!!

Great to hear that Jeff is back and even more so to hear that he's back to his rock roots and less of the TSO show tunes!
I can't wait. Let's hope he tours this year so we can see him perform his own material again. W.E.T. was amazing at
Firefest, so I am really excited about his next solo venture.
