Oh, and nice callout to the Proud Boys and other White Supremacists out there. No denunciation, but “stand back and stand by”. What a piece of shit.

Sorry, but that IS Trump. Out of control. Can't see that everything he is yapping is completely untrue, and easily proven false. Unable to condemn white supremists...and in fact, seemed to endorse a group. Unable to conform to any rules, even rules he and his team agreed to. Completely unhinged, unstable, unbelievable, and unpresidential. IMO, this is the first time the public has seen the REAL Donald Juvenile Trump...and I doubt they liked it much.

Biden should back out of the next two debates and simply say that Trump can't follow the rules that he agreed to, it is not a productive debate on any level, and was not at the service of the voters and serves no real constructive purpose...and that would be a valid, truthful, reason.

This debate cost Trump any hope of being reelected, IMO. I expect most undecided voters will go to Biden after Trump's display...and Trump needed ALL OF THEM, and to convince some Biden supporters to change. "Smelling salts"...drug test...gaffes. Trump is the one who acted completely unstable and unworthy of his office. Biden did well just to get through this trash talking bullshit. Like I said, all Biden had to do was show up and not be a drooling idiot.

Four years ago, when Comey reopened the Clinton investigation I was like "oh, shit...this could cause her to lose..." This debate gives me the exact opposite feeling, "Oh, shit....Trump just lost the election".

The good news for Dems is there is still time to replace Biden with a candidate That can move a thought from his brain to his mouth and have it audible.
This man obviously cannot make it thru a full term. Trump should really
Be debating Harris. But like Biden, is refusing to answer the question on
Stacking the supreme court. I have never seen a debate where a question
Was flatly refused to be answered. So we have the the answer, if it was no
He would of at least attempted to say so. Remember A vote for Biden is really A vote for A president Harris!

That is the worst attempt at spin that I have ever read here. Trump is a dead parrot and you are some store clerk trying to say it is still alive.

David Bossie: Trump clearly defeats Biden in first presidential debate

https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/david-b ... ial-debate

Wasn’t even close. Biden is not capable of leading anything.

Oh please...FOX is not going to say anything else. Too funny...Trump does not even know how to debate.

You are so full of spin...

Two changes I would like to see going forward.
1) during the 2 min. non discussion Period
They should simply turn off the microphone of the other person
And reverse it when it is the other persons turn.

2) Every question posed by the moderator should be answered before it’s allowed
To continue. No policy question refusal allowed.

Here is a good summary of how the debate, if you can call it that, actually went.

The rules have already been negotiated and agreed on. Biden has every reason to drop out, and no reason to continue feeding this dead parrot. It's over.

Yes, that would prevent Orange from constantly talking over somebody else when they're trying to finish their response.

I don't think that would stop him at all. The mic would be off and he would just start shouting louder. If you notice, he does this all the time...in interviews, even in his own press conferences. It is who he is.

This would never happen...every debate I have ever seen has a candidate who avoids questions.

But, the entire idea here is irrelevant. Everything has already been agreed to...they would have to renegotiate everything and I doubt very much that will happen.

This gaffe alone would cost him the election. All he had to do is say he condemns white supremist groups. It was such a simple thing that anybody in their right mind would know how to answer. And, he should know better because he already went through this once.

Pretty dead on.

Does ANYBODY besides the alt-right and the state sponsored FOX news believe Trump actually "won" this "debate".

This reminds me of when Dan Quayle debated Benson for VP back when it was Dukakis/Bush. I have never seen somebody so clearly 'lose' a debate...and never seen anybody completely lose control of themselves like Trump did. Trump is the one who needs some type of medication.

FOX is so perverted by Trump. I sat and watch Laura Ingram talk about how this debate is so different because every debate in the past had two candidates who barely disagreed on this. What the fuck is she talking about? Mondale did not have fundamental disagreements with Reagan? A traditional liberal and conservative fundamentalist who believed in VooDoo Economics? Come on. The nastiness of Bush vs Dukakis? The reason why this debate was so different is not because of how the two disagreed. It is because Trump has no respect for the office of President. He is not humbled by the power and prestige, he bathes in it and it charges him into being an asshole who feels no need to respect anybody who surrounds him. He displayed his true colors during that debate. You saw why his cabinet considered a coup and kicking him out of office. You saw the true imbecile. You see how he treats anybody who is an expert on anything and disagrees with this idiot. His arrogance is over whelming.

FOX has proven they are nothing but a Trump propaganda machine for the way they are handling this disaster. They put it on display for the WORLD to see. Now they try to spin into something positive to try to save face, and save their President. It's ridiculous.

No police organization in their right mind would back Harris - Biden.
