Saw Journey Last Night (Oct 4, 2026)

Went and saw Journey last night. 11th and final time. It was actually quite good - better than I thought it would be. Arnel was mostly on, though off here and there. Deen and Jason were good. My only real complaint was that Neal was low in the mix on quite a bit of his solos. The arena was packed and there were a lot of young people there. The crowd was very into it. For all the negative stuff discussed in this forum, it appeared to me this band could easily go another several years if they wanted.

Was funny, at the end after everyone was walking off stage, Arnel sang a bit of Oh Sherie.

7 of the times I saw Journey, it was with Steve Perry. The music and signing obviously didn't compare to that. But the stage show and lighting were great. Overall a great time.

Appreciate the review. They always put on a good show.

From MN memorex?
I have been passing on Journey since JSS was fired.
Though I almost saw them with Asia, then Wetton sadly passed.
