Please! Help recognize the song!

[Hard Roxx]

Hello everybody!
I’m from Russia. Me and some other guys about more than year are trying to recognize one song (and the artist).

That song was included in soundtrack for Russian “old” movie “Avaria-dochj menta” (“Avaria – the daughter of cop” in English tranlating). The year of release of this movie – approx.1988-1990. The song was included as a video clip, which the girl (main character of movie) watching on TV.
We can hear the music about 1 minute and see the picture with face of artist about 10 seconds of that minute (approx. from 11th to 20th s. of sample of movie (link below)). Than the next song (next video clip- Sigue-sigue sputnik “Success”) starting on TV.

It is not Russian music. It is something like... hm.. may be Europe (IMHO).
In chorus we can hear something like:
...
Living in my heart
I wanna be a fire
Tearing me apart


But who sings the first song?! That is a question!
May be somebody can say, who is that artist?
