The song was played during the "7-Day-Weekend-Tour 1992/1993". Viv used to introduce the song with a great guitar solo. I saw them perform the song in Bonn, Germany. Some songs of this legendary night made it on the "In The Club - In Your Face"-EP.
I have never heard them play that song again the following years. Does anyone know if there is a particular reason?
P.S.: Does anyone kniow where to get the live footage MTV shot at that night?

Probably because no one knows it outside of the diehards. If they played more than one or two unknown album cuts, people would bitch.

Yeah, maybe this is the reason. I wondered if it may have anything to do with the lyrics or a changed voice ranged.
P.S.: Is "This Strange Engine" a reference to the Marillion album? |
