Crybaby McNabb

Anyone else sick of his whining? Why is he trying to set black QBs back by dredging up the race card? Nobody cares what color a QB is anymore. Just win.

The intriguing aspect of it is when Limbaugh made his comments that the media overrates McNabb for want of a black superstar QB, McJackieRobinson's response was "I thought we'd progressed beyond color being an issue for quarterbacks."

This change of stance means he's bucking for a fight with the fans and media of philly so that he can orchestrate his way out on bad terms. I don't believe he really believes he's been racially picked on. Hell the other night was the first time he's ever been booed here aside from 10 buffoons @ the draft. He's had a free pass here, Randall Cunningham withstood 10 * the criticism in Philly McSixTheOtherWay has and never ONCE ripped a race card out.

It all traces back to the fans and many of the Eagles, most notably Brian Westbrook really embracing Jeff Garcia last year and then continues to the drafting of Kevin Kolb.

Andy Reid knew EXACTLY what he was doing taking that guy, btw.

Just get an infected hangnail and end your season already. SHIT. He's losing ('cause he sucks) and he's playing the race card. THERE IS NO RACE STIGMA...JUST WIN.

That last statement has nothing to do with the fact that I hate Philly...I'd say the same damn thing if it was a 'Boys QB.

For whatever reason(s), white quarterbacks are better. Personally, I think it's a thinking position more than anything and black QB's grow up emulating showboaters (Iverson, T.O., Chad Johnson, Bonds as contemporary examples) and it hurts when you have to play a position where you need brains over athleticism. Probably why option QB's are good in college but never in the pros. You can't use that athletic advantage in the NFL because the game is so much faster. Tom Brady, Joe Montana and Dan Fouts were about as athletic as bar stools but their brians and knowledge of the game made them great. Black QB's haven't figured that aspect out yet.

Come on Dan....

Terry Bradshaw, and Ken Stabler and even Joe Namath were all dumbfucks, yet all those fuckers won. Randall Cunningham was a smart dude.

This argument is just not worthy of any discussion.

Are you saying you would rather have George w Bush at QB, and Colin Powell at tailback?

I'm saying that black quarterbacks typically have a huge advantage athletically but for some reason or another can't quite figure out the mental aspect, stay calm and cool, and make good decisions under pressure. And the 3 guys you named were very cool under pressure.

For the most part San Juan is right.

There are exceptions. Warren Moon, Doug Williams, Vince Evans, Byron Leftwich, David Garrard.

But for the most part they're extremely, er, INCONSISTENT passers. And you know what? They'll be the first ones to rub it in peoples' noses that they're better athletes than whites, so just for hipocrisy's sake, one good generalization deserves another.

Look up "inconsistent" in the dictionary and you see McNabb's picture.

You got it.

As for McNabb, he gave $100,000 to his alma mater Syracuse (like SU or not), and how many millions has he made????

Carmello Anthony, (like him or not) who is just starting his career, has committed $3 million to Syracuse toward a brand new Basketball Center. With all his awards so far, seems he hasn't forgotten where he came from.

Throwing this out there after mini camp:
McDramaQueen now comes down with a mysterious "shoulder non-injury" where there are reports of throw counts and bystanders seeing him clutching his shoulder grimacing.
Theory: the latest attempt by this crybaby to cause a problem and orchestrate his way out of town.
---evidence
----do you ever see people with throwing shoulder injuries grab it? Wiggle it around a little yes, but grabbing in and grimacing seems a little theatrical
and melodramatic but it's good to get the rumors started.
---- it will then give Kolb (thank GOD) the first team reps McNerd needs him to get so that he can then start sniping at Kolb and Reid
---- escallating it to the point of no return, trade or release before the season
