Well in truth, I've been hearing stories of a new album for a long, long time. They've put out two albums in well over 20 years as a band, so while I am VERY excited about it, I'll believe it when I see it! I am very pumped though about the song snippet to "Pizza Patti" that is on their website. That sounds like a killer song Do you have any more news on them?

Where shall I start from? I didn't mention that I live in Athens,Greece.
I've seen Star Star live here in Athens four times the last two years and
they were exceptional!!!!Johnnie has his own radio show(don't miss it-

About the album:It's gonna be probably a live one(or at least that was
once said)with "Pizza Patti"(I love this song!!!) a bonus single(that's a fact!)I have the feeling that some of the songs performed live are new
stuff but I can't tell for sure since I don't have the albums to check-so
it's not just "Pizza Patti" to wait for.Now the bad news-guess! we have to
wait!!!How about that?
Anyway,you see I know some things about the present and the future
but I don't know anything about their past...Can you tell me anything?

Well I have been a Star Star fan since 1992, and I have both of their releases:

Go Go Girls In Love (1988)
The Love Drag Years (1992)

Both releases are GREAT! I love them a lot. I just hate waiting for so long for new songs! When do you expect the new cd to be out?

The new CD was supposed to be released right after Christmas-but it
wasn't as we very well know...Johnnie recently said that it will be out
in six weeks time and that Star Star can do nothing about the delay
-so, If it is only six weeks we have to wait,that's great news,isn't it?
Wish I had the two albums but I guess they were never released in
Greece!
Glam rock in Greece-you mean glam bands?Can't think of any...People
like metal,classic rock,electro- as a result we have bands that play hard
rock or electro!
So, apart from Star Star,which are your favorite glam rock bands/artists?

I love so many glam bands! My favorites are Big Bang Babies, Heart Throb Mob, Queeny Blast Pop, Pretty Boy Floyd, Star Star, etc. I also love 80's style AOR like Journey, Boston, and bands that sound like that. Who all do you like?

to their songs since it's exremely difficult-if not impossible-to find their CD'S here...Do they sound like Star Star?
