This is a pleasant surprise! I didn't think they would play songs from the first two albums.

Unfortunately I won't be able to see them as their gig in the Benelux coincides with Dio. :(

Good choice with DIO... :D

I've opened yours a thousand times
As I wait for you

songs missing.....

Halfway To Heaven
I'll Cry For You
Talk To Me
Prisoners In Paradise
Homeland
On Broken Wings
Just The Beginning

But you can't please everyone I suppose.

Seems they are ignoring their bezt album, which is a worrying sign as far as their longevity is concerned....

Just because Kiss can get away with playing everything but what most fans want to hear doesn't mean every band can.

I'm sure they'll throw some of the tunes in as they tire of playing the older stuff... :D
I'm contemplating, thinkin' about thinkin'
It's overrated, just get another drink and
Watch me come undone

Well, I think that setlist is awesome! Usually, well, 15 years ago, they mostly concentrated on songs from Final Countdown onwards and didn't really play the old songs... so this is the time to really hear the old songs! Once the ball gets rolling and the new album is released there won't be that many anymore! Also it kinda makes sense that they didn't really play anything from Prisoner, I mean, John wasn't on it! So maybe they just agreed to do songs from one album he didn't play on!

Does anyone know if that show is available somewhere??

I think it should be available soon. You can try this link :

http://europemania.net

It is a French website in which you can find the new single but also 2 other live songs at the Sweden Rock Festival. The girl who manages the website said a friend of her recorded the show. I think she'll put it on line when she'll get it.
